Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon. If this is not suitable please contact us and we will endeavor to accommodate your needs depending on availability.
Q: Where can I park my car?
A: Your free car parking space is outside your door. Unfortunately it is not undercover.
Q: Do you have stairs?
A: No, all our rooms and apartments are ground floor.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 9.00pm.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all our rooms and apartments are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, we have room service breakfast 7 days a week. We do have charge back arrangements with most eateries in town for dinner.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in your rooms?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available to all rooms and apartments.
Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: We are a 5 minute walk to the central shopping district which includes Woolworths.
Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: The Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant is a 3 minute walk with the Royal Hotel another minute. We are opposite the McDonald Restaurant and we have the Canadian Rooster on our corner. All other eateries are within a 10 minute walk.
Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, 8 free channels in all rooms and 39 free channels in all apartments.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours the full amount for the first night will be charged. Also if you do not arrive after making a confirmed booking, the first night’s stay will be charged.
Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We accept all credit cards, but please note if you use Diners Club or Motorpass cards there is a 2.5% surcharge on the total of your account.
