Cancellation, Privacy and Smoking Policies
Reservations
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee or payment of at least one nights accommodation by cheque, cash, Eftpos or a Net Bank transfer.
Cancellations Policy
Victoria Lodge Motor Inn requires 24 hours notice of cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation and the room cannot be used by another guest we will charge you for one night's accommodation.
Check-In and Check Out
You are welcome to check-in after 12 pm. Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on departure day. Should you require any modification to these times, prior arrangements must be made with reception at Victoria Lodge Motor Inn. The possibility of us being able to assist you will depend on our other commitments. This type of special extension may incur an additional charge.
Totally Smoke Free Property
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.A $100 surcharge will be charged to your credit card if you smoke indoors.
Pets Policy
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Motel under any circumstances.
